2. Service Agreement

By engaging our services, you enter into a service agreement that outlines the responsibilities of both parties.

2.1. Duration

The standard service agreement lasts for a period of twelve months, commencing from the date of signing the contract. Renewal terms will be discussed and agreed upon prior to the expiration of the current agreement.

2.2. Scheduling

Service schedules will be established based on the client’s preferences and garden requirements. Any changes to the schedule must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance.

3. Payment Terms

Payment for our services is due as outlined below:

• Fee Structure: Fees are based on the size of the garden and the complexity of services required.
• Invoicing: Invoices are issued on a monthly basis and are payable within 14 days of receipt.
• Late Payments: A late fee of 5% will be applied to overdue invoices after the due date.

4. Client Responsibilities

To ensure the effective delivery of our services, clients are expected to:

• Provide access to the property during scheduled service times.
• Inform us of any specific garden areas requiring special attention.
• Maintain clear pathways for safe and efficient access.

5. Service Limitations

While we strive to provide comprehensive garden maintenance, there are certain limitations:

• We are not responsible for major landscape redesigns or significant structural changes to the garden.
• Our services do not include pest control or the application of pesticides unless explicitly agreed upon.
• Emergency services outside of regular scheduling may incur additional charges.

6. Liability
